Warder, Peon MTS Recruitment :
Applications are invited for the following post(s) from citizen of India, who are fulfilling the requisite qualifications/specifications as mentioned below on plain paper duly typed or neatly hand written in the prescribed format only.

Applications complete in all respect along with all the requisite documents, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, should be addressed to the PRINCIPAL, RASHTRIYA MILITARY SCHOOL, PB NO 25040, MUSEUM ROAD PO, OPP. JOHNSON MARKET, HOSUR ROAD BANGALORE – 560 025.

Educational qualification :
Essential : Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one year’s experience in the trade.

Essential : Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board.
Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one year’s experience in the trade.

Name of the post : LOWER DIVISION CLERK(LDC)

Educational qualification :
Essential:
(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or university.
(ii) English Typing @35 w.p.m on computer
OR
Hindi typing @30w.p.m on computer.

Fees :
Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) of value of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) in favour of Rashtriya Military School, Bangalore.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH and Ex-servicemen are exempted from application fee. The Postal Order should be issued on or after the date of publication of the advertisement. The application fee is non-refundable.

Photographs & documents :
One recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) is to be pasted on the space earmarked in the application format. Besides two additional photographs duly self attested (on front side) are to be enclosed separately with the application.

Proof of age, Certificate for Minimum Educational qualification, experience cert, caste cert, discharge cert for ex-serviceman be enclosed.

Last/Closing date : The last date for acceptance of application 15 Sep 2017.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES/APPLICANTS :
(a) Date of examinations will be 15 Oct 2017 (Please refer to notifications in the event of change/ cancellation)
(b) Call letters will be dispatched only to eligible candidates as declared by Board of Officers.
(c) Examination centre – Rashtriya Military School, Opp Johnson Market, Hosur Road, Bangalore-25
(d) Candidates who qualify and meritorious in the written exam will be called for skill/ Typing test.
(e) Candidates appearing for written test/ skill test will travel on their own expenses.
(f) Persons working in Central/State Govt/PSU must apply through proper channel along with the certificate from their establishment that no disciplinary action is contemplated/pending against them and that they have no objection in releasing them in case of selection.
(g) New entrants to Government Service, entering on or after 01 Jan 2004 are governed by the New Defined Contribution Pension System (known as New Pension Scheme).
(h) The Principal shall not be responsible for any postal delay or failure.
(i) The Principal reserves the right to change the number of vacancies in the recruitment if necessary.

(k) If the number of applications received in response is large and it will not be convenient or possible to arrange the examination for all the candidates, The Commandant/Principal reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit on the basis of either percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed minimum essential qualifications or desirable qualifications.

(l) The candidates must clearly super scribe “Application for the post of ----on the top of the envelope in Capital letters. Candidates applying for more than one post to forward separate application forms alongwith the requisite fee.
(m) Ex-servicemen certificate should have been issued by the Competent Authorities. A copy of Discharge Certificate should also be enclosed.

(n) Board of Officers reserves the right to summarily reject incomplete or unsigned application or applications not accompanied by attested copies of certificates or application received at Rashtriya Military School, Bangalore after the last date of receipt of application or without two additional photographs duly selfattested. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

(o) The applications can be filled by the candidates either in English or Hindi. No online application will be accepted.
(p) The decision of the appointing authority regarding selection/rejection will be final and no appeal will be entertained.
(q) The recruitment process/ vacancy/ category/ qualification mentioned can be cancelled/ postponed/ suspended/ terminated without any prior notice/ assigning any reasons at any stage.
(r) Likely areas of deployment – All India Services liability.
(s) Merely fulfilling the selection criteria does not automatically entitle a person to be called for test.
(t) Principal, Rashtriya Military School, Bangalore will not be responsible for any injury, which may occur during the physical/written/skill tests.
