Download Admit Card :
The written test for the post of Clerk will be held on 17.09.2017 (Sunday) in the following manner :

The list of eligible as well as ineligible candidates is uploaded on the website of this office. All the candidates are hereby informed that if they have any objection they can approach this Authority within 10 days i.e. upto 31.08.2017.

The Admit Cards of eligible candidates have been dispatched from this office. If any eligible candidate does not receive the Admit Card before the date of written test, they can get the duplicate copy from this office from 11.09.2017 to 13.09.2017 for appearing in test, after proving their identity.

General Instructions :
General Instructions for the Candidates appearing in the Written Test on 17.09.2017.
1. Candidate shall reach the examination centre at 9:00 A.M sharp. Exam will be of two hours duration from 11:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M. Anyone coming after the reporting time will not be allowed to take the test.
2. Check the examination Centre carefully and make sure you know the time and location of your Centre.
3. Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall till the paper is over.
4. Calculators, communication aids (Mobile Phone etc.) or any other electronic device are not allowed inside the examination Centre. No extra paper for rough work can be taken inside the examination room.
5. Any Candidate found in possession of Calculator, communication aids (Mobile Phone etc.) or any other electronic device during the examination shall be disqualified.
6. Candidates shall use blue ball pen only.
7. The paper will consist of 100 objective type multiple choice questions in all.
8. Each question has four options. Choose the most appropriate option and tick the same in box.
9. Ticking of more than one option will amount to cancellation of that question and will not fetch any mark.
10. Each question carries one mark.
11. There shall be no negative marking.

12. Candidate shall ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions specified in the advertisement before appearing in the test. His/her appearance in the test is purely provisional. Mere appearance and qualifying the test shall not confer any right for appointment to the post without fulfilling the minimum eligibility conditions.

13. No alteration shall be made in the Admit Card by the candidate.
14. The candidate shall produce his/her admit card alongwith original photo, identity proof at the examination centre, which may be Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or PAN Card.
15. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the test without admit card and original photo identity proof.
16. Candidate has to affix his/her photograph on admit card which he/she will paste while filing the form and self attest it. Otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to sit in test.
17. The admit card shall be handed over to the invigilator in the examination hall after the test.
18. No. TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test.
