The State Health & Family Welfare Society, Tripura is going to fill up different category of posts on contractual basis at a fixed pay for 11(eleven) months, which may be extended based on the performance till Project period for the following post:

Instructions:
1. Age Limit up to 45 years as on 31st August 2017.

2. Interested candidates are hereby requested to submit their Bio- data as per the prescribed format along with self attested copies of the necessary relevant documents in hard copies from 1st September, 2017 to 15th September, 2017 from 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM during office hour (excluding Govt. holiday), in the O/o Mission Director, NHM, Tripura, Palace Compound, Agartala.

No application will be received after 4.00 PM on 15th September, 2017. Authority is not liable for any postal delay.

3. Name of short listed eligible candidates will be published in the official website of NHM (tripuranrhm.gov.in/) on due time for appearing in the written Preliminary Competency Assessment Test.

4. Competency Assessment Test will be conducted for 60 (Sixty) marks (20 marks for GK/Current affairs, 40 marks for Job related) and pass mark will be 50% of the total marks. Candidates who cleared the Competency Assessment Test will be called for final interview/Viva voce test, which will be conducted for 40 marks.

5. Final selection of the candidates for the posts will done based on merit i.e. marks obtained in the Competency Assessment Test plus marks obtained in the final interview/viva voce cumulatively.

6. The date, time, venue & other details of the written Competency Assessment Test will be published in NHM website (tripuranrhm.gov.in/) in due course of time.
7. Successful candidate of Preliminary Competency Assessment Test will be called for interview. The date, time, venue & other details of the interview will be published in NHM website in due course of time.
8. No communication will be made through issuing call letter or publishing in the local dailies further during the next procedure of written Competency Assessment Test and the interview, except NHM website.
9. Final selection will be done by the Interview Board for the post applied for, based on Merit List and maintenance of 100 point roster preferably.
10. The number of post(s) may increase / decrease or whole process may be cancelled at any time before or after interview.
11. Candidates working in same post/designation under NHM Tripura will not be allowed to apply for the same post/designation.
12. In Case of experienced candidates ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’ from current employers must be attached along with the application form. The same applies to the NHM employees also.
13. No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the Competency Assessment Test or interview.
