Job Description
- To develop business for the following products/ services
1. New and Pre-owned fixed wing aircraft and helicopter sales by generating leads, building sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.
2. Services of operation management, crew support and maintenance of aircraft.
- To develop major accounts and maintain them.
- To understand client needs and service requirements and customize our products to meet their expectation.
- To develop a MIS for monthly, quarterly and annual information sharing and implement it.
- To develop and achieve monthly/yearly sales forecasts
- To be accountable for new business, ownership of revenue (confirmed with clients) and profitability numbers for the business.
- To co-ordinate with technical team to assist prospective buyers with technical know-how of an aircraft purchase.
- To optimize on tools and people incorporated within the Air Works sales process.
- To continuously keep one updated on the pricing and positioning of Airworks products and other relevant products in the market.
- To analyze constantly the immediate and future sales and marketing needs of the business.
- Maintain a positive, professional image at all times before customers and coworkers.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 10 years of progressive sales experience – preferably Aviation related with long sales cycles
- BS/MBA degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
- Previous consultative selling experience
- Strong Technical knowledge of Single engine aircraft or Turbo Props
- Strong computer literacy in areas of Power Point, MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Private/instrument rated pilot and long rating list highly desired
- Demonstrated desire for continued learning and professional growth
