Download Admit Card - Screening test of Assistant Engineer (Civil, Mechanical) (Advt. No. 1 of 2014 & Advt. No. 5/2015) and Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil, Mechanical) in Public Health Deptt. (Advt. No. 4/2015)

It is hereby announced for the information of the candidates who have applied for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) Class - II [Advt. No. 1/2014 (Cat. 3 & 4) & Advt. No. 5/2015] and Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) Class - I [Advt. No. 4/2015] in Public Health Engineering Department, that the Haryana Public Service Commission will be conducting the Screening Tests for shortlisting the candidates for the aforesaid posts on 10.09.2017 (Sunday) and 17.09.2017 (Sunday) respectively.

Only those candidates who quality the screening test would be admitted for Main Examination. The Screening Tests will be of qualifying nature and marks obtained in the Screening Tests will not be given any weight age for final selection.

The Admit cards for Screening Tests will be available on Commission's website hpsconline.in from 28.08.2017 and candidates can download the same from the above website.

Admit cards are not being sent separately to individual candidates. It is made clear that admission to the Screening Tests is provisional. The parameter with regards to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions and correctness of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms will be checked when the candidates come in the zone of consideration for main examination.

The candidates who find any error which is attributable to the Commission, with respect to their Name, Father's Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their Admit Cards, can contact the Commission's office "in person or on telephone No. 0172-2560754 or through E-Mail at aeobjections2017[AT]gmail.com upto 05.09.2017 for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card.

It is made clear that any error committed by the applicant himself / herself at the time of filling the application form will not be rectified. No request for correction after 05.09.2017 will be entertained by the Commission and the candidate shall be solely responsible for it.

NOTE:
1. A Physically Handicapped candidate, who wants the help of a scribe for writing his/her papers, should apply to the Commission for seeking permission of having u scribe st least 10 days before the commencement of the Examination. No such permission shull be granted by the Centre Supemisor.

2. Candidates are directed that the11 should download the admit curd on A-4 size paper so that their photos & other particulars can easily be seen / verified, Candidates having small size Admit Cards with illegible photos / signatures will not be allowed to enter in the Examination centre.

3. For those candidates who have not uploaded their required size of photograph and signature on their online application forms, a note to this effect will be displayed on the website at the time of downloading of admit curd.

Such candidates are required to submit their photograph and signature either in person in the Commission's office or send the same through the E-Mail i.e. aeobjections20l7[AT]gmail.com upto 05.09.2017 failing which they will not be in a position to downloaded their admit card. The sole responsibility for such omission would rest upon the candidate.
