Staff Nurse, Pharmacist Recruitment :
Following Para-medical Posts at Central Hospital DLW/Varanasi, is proposed to fill on contract basis through walk-in-Interview.

Willing candidates who have the following qualification, experience and fulfill other terms and conditions, may appear in Walk-in-Interview with all relevant certificates in original and xe-rox copies of each attested by gazetted officer along with application form in prescribed format

Name of post : Staff Nurse
No. of Posts : 01
Educational/Technical Qualification : Certificate as Registered Nurse & Midwife having passed three years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or other Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or B.Sc. (Nursing).
Age-limit (as on date of notification) : Between 20 and 38yrs

Name of post : Pharmacist
No. of Posts : 01
Educational/Technical Qualification : 10+2 in science or its equivalent with 02 (two) years Diploma in Pharmacy & registration with Pharmacy Council of India or registration with state Pharmacy Council
Age-limit (as on date of notification) : Between 20 and 33yrs

Name of post : Physiotherapist
No. of Posts : 01
Educational/Technical Qualification :
(i) Bachelors’ Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University; and
(ii) Two years’ practical experience in Physiotherapy from the Government/Private Hospital with at least one hundred beds.
Age-limit (as on date of notification) : Between 18 and 31yrs

Educational/Technical Qualification : 12th/Graduation in Science having Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Medical ECG Laboratory Technology/ Cardiology/Cardiology Techniques of a reputed institution
Age-limit (as on date of notification) : Between 18 and 32yrs

Terms & conditions for appointment of Para-medical candidates on contract basis :
1. The selected candidate will have no right for regular appointment against the post.

2. The contract shall be the period up to 30.06.2018 or availability of regular staff whichever earlier from the date of joining. Candidate has freedom to break the contract by giving 14 days prior notice to administration. The service may be terminated any time by the administration without any prior notice or any reason.

3. The candidate should be reported from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Central Hospital, DLW, Varanasi, on the prescribed interview’s date. No TA/DA will be paid for the Interview. The candidate would have to stay next day.

At the time of Interview candidate will require to produce Original Certificate with the attested copies of Educational/Technical/Experience qualification in prescribed format.

SC/ST/OBC candidate will also produce original caste-certificate issued by competent authority in prescribed format (Age count on date of Notification issued). The list of selected candidate will be published on notice board of this office.

4. No any facilities i.e. Railway pass, Quarter, Leave etc. shall be given to contractual staff.
5. Priority will be given to candidates having experiences specially in Govt. Institution.

6. The engagement will be terminated forthwith without any notice in case required certificate are found fake/false at any stage. If any false information is furnished or if there is any suppression of factual information in the application form, the engagement shall be liable to be terminated

7. Selected candidate will has work as like regular staff. He should be perform routine work as well as casual work, whenever required. During contract period, the selected candidate will not allow to engage himself/herself in another job on part time or regular basis.

8. SC/ST & OBC candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit of five years and three Years respectively as per rules.
9. Candidate will have to follow the instruction issued on time to time, in addition to above.
