Technical Associate, MTS Recruitment :
Applications are invited for the Contractual posts on contract basis.
1.Technical Associate (Scientific): (03 Posts)
Qualification & Experience: Ph.D in Life Science/Molecular Biology and having 7-years or more work experience in the field of Molecular Biology related to (a) Bio-informatics or computational analysis (ii) Hands on experience with molecular biology techniques for DNA and protein manipulation among other, and (iii) Handling of real time PCR and DNA Sequencers. Applicant should possess practical knowledge of computer applications and internet usages.
Desirable: Experience in Bio-informatics.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years.
Remuneration: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000/-+ conveyance of Rs. 5000/-
Period of Engagement: The initial term of engagement will be for one year and subsequent extension, if any, can be considered on case to case basis depending upon the job requirement and subject to fulfilment of performance evaluation.
Nature of Duties: Assure quality and testing of biological products for indigenous use and also for imports. Any other work assigned by the competent Authority.
2. Technical Associates (Admn/Accounts)- (5 Posts)
Retried from Government Department/Autonomous Bodies with Bachelor Degree in any discipline and drawing pay in the pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800+ Grade Pay Rs. 2800/4200/- (Pre revised) at the time of retirement and having at least 10 years’ experience of working Administration and Accounts, with sound Knowledge of Government/GFR Rules issued by Government from time to time. The applicant should have practical knowledge of working on computer, computer applications and internet usage.
Desirable: Practical knowledge of computer application..
Age limit: Not exceeding 65 years.
Remuneration: 30,000/-+Conveyance Rs. 3000/-
Period of Engagement: The initial term of engagement will be for than one year and subsequent extension, if any, can be considered on case to case basis depending upon the job requirement and subject fulfilment of performance evaluation.
Nature of Duties: Examining all establishment/Personnel proposals with application of Government Rules (FR/SR, GFR, etc.) Good command on preparing draft Notes, letters, etc. Also examining procurement proposals form financial angle. Any other work assigned by the Competent Authority.
3. Consultant (Administration)
Retired employee of Government/Autonomous bodies with bachelor degree in any discipline drawing pay in the pay band Rs.9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs.4600/- or Rs.4800/- at the time of retirement and having at least 10 years work experience with sound knowledge of the Government Rules issued by the Government of India from time to time. Applicant should possess practical knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
Age limit: Not exceeding 70 years
Remuneration: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40, 000/- + Conveyance of Rs.5000/-p.m.
Period of engagement: The initial term of engagement of consultant will be for not more than one year and subsequent extension if any, can be considered on case to case basis depending upon the job requirement and subject to fulfilment of performance evaluation.
Nature of Duties: 1. Administrative Matter 2. Establishment matter 3. Vigilance matters 4. R.T.I. 5. Any other work assigned by the competent authority.
4. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): (01 post)
Age limit: Not exceeding 30 years.
Qualification & Experience: 12th Pass from a recognized Board/Institution. Practive knowledge of Computer.
Remuneration: 15,000/ Fixed
Period of Engagement: The initial term of engagement will be for one year and subsequent extension, if any, can be considered depending upon the job requirement and subject fulfilment of performance evaluation.
Nature of Duties: Experience of working in Govt. Department/Autonomous Organization, Diary/Dispatch, Maintaining of files. Any other duties assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.

2. The contract appointment is a temporary nature and can be terminated by giving not less than one month notice on either side at any time without assigning any reason.
