Sector-3, HEC Township,

Reporting Time: 9.00 AM/Commencement of Examination: 10.00 AM
Please read the instructions below and overleaf before coming for the examination.

Instructions for Candidates :
1. Candidate is required to carry 2 Passport size latest color photographs for the examination.
2. Candidate should carry identity proof such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or any other proof recognized by Govt., supporting the address mentioned in the application form.
3. Candidate is advised to reach the Examination center 60 minutes before the commencement of examination.
4. Admission to examination center, mentioned in the Admit Card will be strictly on production of Admit card only.
5. Candidate shall occupy her allotted seat half an hour before start of examination i.e 10 am in examination room / hall. Do not occupy any other seat.
6. Candidate will not be allowed to enter in examination hall after start of examination.
7. Admit card is to be retained by candidate after signature of invigilator and candidate so that in case of selection, the same is produced at the time of selection/joining for required formalities.
8. Bring minimum two Black ink ball point pens for use in examination. Do not use pencil in examination.
9. Possession and use of electronic devices such as Calculator, Pager, Cell / mobile phone, digital dairy and log table etc at Center and its during examination is strictly prohibited.
10. Candidate must fill her Roll No. on Question Booklet on the answer sheet.
11. Candidate should ensure that her signature along with signature of invigilator are put in the answer sheet in the space provided for the same failing which the answer sheet shall be treated as invalid.

12. In case of any discrepancy / defect in photograph or any entry on Admit Card, the candidate will submit an application to Center Superintendent / invigilator with a self attested photo copy of admit card and photo identity card at least 45 minutes prior to commencement of examination with request for appearing in the examination.

Center Superintendent / invigilator will allow such candidate to appear in examination provisionally.

The Admit Card has been sent by Speed Post in the present address given by applicant in the application form.
