Essential Qualifications :
Essential: Ph.D. Nematology / Plant Pathology / Entomology / Biotechnology
Or
M.Sc. Agriculture (Nematology/ Entomology/Plant Pathology)/ M.Sc. (Biotechnology)/ M. Tech. (Biotechnology) with 4 or 5 years Bachelor’s degree with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average AND 3-5 years’ research experience.
Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent AND 3-5 years’ research experience.
Desirable: Experience in application of molecular techniques in Nematology as evidenced by at least 3-5 research papers in peer reviewed journals.

Terms and conditions :
1- All the positions are purely temporary in nature and are co-terminus with the project. The renewal of yearly contract is subjected to the satisfactory performance.)
2- The Interview of eligible candidates will be held in the Room No 306, Division of Nematology, ICAR-IARI, PUSA Campus, New Delhi.
Eligible candidates may come for the walk-in-interview on 16th September, 2017 at 9.00 AM with two copies of their bio-data, two passport size photographs and one set of attested copies of their certificates/marksheets/experience proof.
Please bring original certificates for verification at the time of interview. Reporting time for interview: 9:00 - 10.00 AM at Division of Nematology, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi 110012.
3- Except for Contractual positions, Age Limit for all the positions is 35 years max. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years relaxation for SC/ST and woman candidates as per Govt./ICAR guidelines. Minimum age should be of 18 years as on date of interview. There is no age limit for contractual positions.
4- No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview.
5- Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interviews
6- Canvassing in any form would lead to disqualification of the candidate.
