Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment :
Under the provisions of The Apprentices Act, 1961, Director, Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), Bengaluru invites applications from eligible candidates for Graduate/Diploma/ITI apprenticeship training as per details below :

Graduate Apprentice Trainees : (B.E/B.Tech./Equivalent)
1. Mechanical/Production/ Industrial Production 35
2. Aero / Aero-Mech 20
3. Elect & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation/ Mechatronics 15
4. Computer Science & Engg./ Information Science & Technology 15
5. Metallurgy 03
6. Civil 02

Diploma Apprentice Trainees :
1. Mechanical/Production/ Tool & Die design 15
2. Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation 10

ITI Apprentice Trainees :
1. Machinist 04
2. Fitter 04

Selection Procedure :
1. There would not be any written examination for selection.

2. Graduate Apprentice Trainees (B.E/B.Tech./Equivalent): Selection of candidates will be carried out by shortlisting of candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and vacancies available in the discipline followed by an interview.

3. Diploma Apprentice Trainees/ ITI Apprentice Trainees: There would be no interview for Diploma and ITI trades. Candidates would be selected based only on marks obtained in the qualifying exam subject to satisfactory medical fitness.

How to Apply :
** Duly filled-in application form along with the required documents should be submitted either by hand or by post as per General Instructions. Application received through email will not be accepted.

** Applications received after the last date / Incomplete or partially filled application forms / Applications without candidate's signature will not be accepted. All details have to be filled in or marked as N/A. The envelope containing application form and other documents must be super scribed on top with "Applicat ion for Apprenticeship Training -2017 - Graduate I Diploma IITI (as applicable)".

** Duly filled application form along with the documents listed in General Instructions shall be submitted either by hand or by post to the address mentioned below by 05 Sept.2017.

General Instructions :
** Candidates before filling the application form shall ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for the apprenticeship training.

If at any stage of selection or even after selection and joining or during training , it comes to notice that the candidate/trainee does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions or the facts stated are not true or the documents enclosed by the applicant are false/forged, the candidature / appointment / joining of such individual shall be withdrawn immediately without assigning any reason.

** All applicants are required to enclose a copy of self-attested documents mentioned below along with the application form :
Documents to be enclosed:
(1) 10th Marksheet and Certificate
(2) BE/BTech/Diploma/ITI Marksheets for all semesters
(3) Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate
(4) Two Passport size photographs (one pasted on the application and one pinned with name written on the back of photo)
(5) Caste Certificate (if applicable)
(6) PWD Certificate (if applicable)
(7) Photo 10 Card issued by Govt. of India /Aadhaar Card
(8) Registration certificate from NCVT/MHRD portal

** The Management reserves the right to amend / refix / cancel/suspend the selection procedure at any time during the process without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the Management shall be final and binding and no appeal of any kind shall be accepted / entertained / considered in this regard.

** Request for settlement of any dispute arising out of application in reference to this advertisement can only be started in Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), Bengaluru.
** No correspondence shall be entertained from the candidates not selected for training.
** Candidates would be informed via SMS / email mentioned in their application form regarding any change / amendment / update till the final selection process is completed.
** Selected candidates shall have to sign a contract on the date of joining as per Govt. of India rules.
** Candidates finally selected will have to produce latest police verification certificate at the time of joining from their place of last residence (for at least past one year) / permanent address.

(a) Last date of receipt (by hand or by post) alongwith the necessary documents 05 Sept 2017
(b) Date of intimation (bye-mail) of interview date : within 7 days of last date for (applicable only for BE/BTech or equivalent) receipt of applications
(c) Probable dates of interviews : 18.09.2017 to 20.09.2017 (only for graduate apprentices)
(d) Probable date of declaration of finally selected candidates(by e-mail/DRDO Website) : 27.09.2017
(e) Probable date of joining at GTRE : 03.10.2017

Note :
The above dates are only indicative . All candidates whose application forms are found to be complete in all respects and acceptable will be informed regarding any change in dates via SMS / email on the mobile number / email provided in application form. Hence, all applicants are requested to check their e-mails regularly.
