Laboratory Technician Recruitment :
Applications in the prescribed form are invited from Eligible candidates by the State TB Officer, State Health Society - RNTCP, Chennai - 600 006 for the following posts in RNTCP, Tamil Nadu.

Age limit: 65 years
Period of Engagement: Eleven months (may be extended for another eleven months subject to satisfactory performance certificate)

Selection Procedure:
Short-listed Candidates will be called for written test followed by interview to be held at State TB Cell, DMS Building, I I Floor, DMS Campus, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai – 600 006. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/ interview.

Service Conditions: Everyone working in the program must agree to have:
1. A mobile contact number working for incoming calls at least during duty hours.
2. Should reside at duty head quarter.
3. Should be computer literate (except Lab At tenders & Dr iver )
4. Should have PAN/Aadhar card number
5. Should have a Permanent driving license, wherever applicable

on or before the last date which is 31.08.2017, 5.45 PM A photocopy of the following should also be attached along with the application form :
1. High/Matriculation School Mark Sheet.
2. Higher Secondary Mark Sheet.
3. Degree certificates-Both UG and PG if applicable
4. Diploma Certificate in Computer.
5. Permanent Two wheeler driving license
6. Type writing Tamil /English certificate if applicable

Note:
1. Application received after the last date, for whatever reason, is liable to be rejected.

2. If any false information has been furnished or there has been suppression of any material information in the application form that comes to the notice at any time during the service of a person, his service would be liable to be terminated.

3. Application not signed by the candidate is liable to be rejected.

4. The candidates who are employed should submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer at the time of interview. In case they do not furnish the NOC for any reason, their candidature will straight away be rejected without any liabilities to State Health Society - RNTCP.

5. Applicant should enclose three self addressed stamped envelopes.

6. Applicant should also enclose attested photocopies of 10th Mark sheet, 12th Mark sheet, Degree/PG Degree Certificates, other qualification certificate including Community certificate and Experience Certificates.
