UG Counselling Schedule :
TANUVAS UG Counselling will be conducted as scheduled on 19th, 20th and 21st July, 2017 *

Counseling Instructions :
1. The candidate should appear IN PERSON for counseling.
2. The candidate should report at the Counseling venue one hour before the stipulated time mentioned in the counseling call letter on the specified date.

3. The candidate should register himself / herself for the counseling within the stipulated time. They need to be present in the counseling hall and respond when their names are read out / called, failing which they will lose their chance of being selected.

4. Mere calling for counselling does not offer any guarantee for admission to BVSc & AH degree programme.

5. The candidates who have been called for the counseling will be selected on the basis of the aggregate (cut off) marks obtained by them (as mentioned in the Prospectus) and also on the basis of the vacancy position available at the constituent colleges of the University following the community reservation rules of Tamil Nadu Government.

6. The candidate is also requested to bring the following original documents for the Counseling:
i. Call letter for Counseling
ii. HSC / Equivalent course Mark Sheet
iii. Community Certificate (obtained from the Competent Revenue authority)
iv. Transfer and Conduct certificates
v. First graduate certificate (if applicable)
vi. Special category certificates - Differently abled/ Sports/ Children of Ex-Serviceman Certificates (if applicable)
vii. Evidence for having joined in other course (if applicable)

7. If the candidate has already joined in any other course, the candidate is advised not to obtain Transfer and Conduct Certificates from the Institution in which he / she is studying, as the Counseling in this University does not offer any guarantee for selection.

But evidence for having deposited the educational certificates should be produced at the time of counseling.

9. The candidate also has an option to pay the above mentioned fees within a week and surrender all original certificates.
10. Failing to pay the fees and submit all the original certificates within the prescribed time will lead to the forfeiture of the seat offered.

COUNSELLING :
The rank list for admission to BVSc & AH, BTech (Food Technology), BTech (Poultry Technology) and BTech (Dairy Technology) degree programmes will be published in the University Website - tanuvas.ac.in.

Selection for admission to BVSc & AH, BTech (Food Technology), BTech (Poultry Technology) and BTech (Dairy Technology) degree programmes will be done by counselling on basis of merit of aggregate marks duly following communal reservation of Government of Tamil Nadu.

The exact date of counselling will be intimated to the individuals who are called for counselling. The counselling notification will be published in the University Website.

MERE CALLING FOR COUNSELLING DOES NOT ENSURE SELECTION / ADMISSION OR ANY OTHER RIGHTS TO THE CANDIDATES SO CALLED FOR.
