Job Description
* Responsible for the DBA support to a region.
* Co-ordinates with customers/other teams/vendors in resolving issues
* First level escalation for the customers
* Analyzing and Prioritizing the work and assigning the work to the right person
* Weekly review of the operations with the manager
* Process adherence, process improvements, Involve in problem management
* Co-ordination with Global DB engg team to deploy the global solution in a specific region.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years experience as Team lead / Oracle DBA
- It is good if managed a team size of 2 – 6 resources on production support
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
