Administrative Officer, FAO Recruitment :
The National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM) is a premier center for research in applied and basic rock mechanics. NIRM is looking for dynamic individuals for appointment on regular basis/ deputation as detailed under:

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:1 Post (UR)
Scale of Pay: PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) GP-Rs.5,400 (as per 6th CPC)
Qualification:
A degree or its equivalent from a recognized University with 12 years experience of work related to establishment, administration in a Government Department or Organisation of repute in a supervisory capacity. The candidate should be well versed in Govt. Rules & Regulations and broad experience in computerized environment.
Desirable: MBA/LLB/Diploma in Personal Management/ HR Management
Age: Less than 45 years as on 01/07/ 2017

FINANCE & ACCOUNTS OFFICER: 1 Post (UR)
Scale of Pay: PB-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) GP-Rs.5,400 (as per 6th CPC)
Qualification:
Must be a Graduate with ACA/ICWA/SAS qualification with 10 years experience out of which 2 years of work experience in accounting/audit in a responsible position in Govt. Department/ Organisation of repute. The candidate should have broad experience in computerized environment, be conversant in Tally software and be well versed in Govt. Rules & Regulations.
Age: Less than 45 years as on 01/07/2017

Applications should be made in the prescribed format that can be downloaded from the Institute's website (nirm.in). Duly filled in application form with copies of proof of age, qualification and experience, along with fee of `.200/- by DD drawn in favour of NIRM (payable at State Bank of India, Kumaraswamy Layout Branch, Bengaluru (or) Corporation Bank, Andersonpet Branch, Kolar Gold Fields) may be forwarded to the Controller of Administration, NIRM, at the Institute’s address.

The candidates intending to join on deputation will be governed by the relevant rules of the GOI on the subject. The last date for receipt of applications is 30th July 2017. Short-listed candidates will have to attend an interactive process at Bangalore, on the date and venue which will be intimated later.

The National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM), is an autonomous Research Institute under Ministry of Mines, Government of India. Set up in 1988 under Societies Act, 1860, NIRM has its Head Office (HO) at Bengaluru and Registered Office (RO) at Kolar Gold Fields in Karnataka.

The Institute deals with field and laboratory investigations, basic and applied research, and solving complex problems in almost entire spectrum of Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering related to Mining and Civil Engineering activites.
