Field Investigator Recruitment :
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following temporary project positions in the RGNIYD-SGIPL (Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Sriperumbudur and Saint Gobain India Private Limited) Collaboration projects titled “Mapping the Needs and Aspirations of Truck Drivers” and “Capacity Building of Middle-level Managers” in the Manufacturing Ecosystem.

Position : Research Associate
Number of Positions : 1
Nature : Temporary, Fixed Term and Project Based
Duration : 4 months (Extendable, as per requirement)
Location : Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in Humanities/Social Sciences with minimum 60 % Marks
Desirable Experience : 2 plus years of relevant experience
Remuneration : Rs. 30000 per month (consolidated)

Position : Research Assistant
Number of Positions : 2
Nature : Temporary, Fixed Term and Project Based
Duration : 4 months (Extendable, as per requirement)
Location : Primarily in Tamil Nadu with short-term field visits to study areas in Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
Essential Qualification : Master’s degree in Humanities/Social Sciences with minimum 60 % Marks
Desirable Experience : 0-1 year relevant experience
Remuneration : Rs. 20000 per month (consolidated)

Position : Field Investigators & Data Entry Operators
Number of Positions : 3
Nature : Temporary, Fixed Term and Project Based
Duration : 4 months (Extendable, as per requirement)
Location : Primarily in Tamil Nadu with short-term field visits to study areas in Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
Essential Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Humanities/Social Sciences with minimum 60 % Marks
Desirable Experience : 0-1 year relevant experience
Remuneration : Rs. 12000 per month (consolidated)
