Applications are invited for contract appointment to the following posts in Kerala State Road Transport Corporation.

Post : General Manager (Finance & Administration)

Qualification :
MBA (Finance) from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior management level in a large organization. Chartered Accountants with outstanding record in large commercial organisations can also apply.

Post : General Manager (Technical)
No. of Posts : 1
Qualification :
B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 15 years of which at least 5 years at a senior management level in a large manufacturing or transport/ logistics related organisation.

Post : Deputy General Manager (Finance & Administration)
No. of Posts : 1
Qualification : MBA (Finance) from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large commercial or manufacturing organisation.

Post : Deputy General Manager (Operations)
No. of Posts : 1
Qualification : B.Tech with MBA from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large manufacturing or service undertaking.

Post : Deputy General Manager (Technical)
No. of Posts : 1
Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile Engineering) and MBA from IIM or a Nationally reputed institution with post qualification experience of 10 years at a middle management level in a large manufacturing or commercial organisation.

Post : Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants
No. of Posts : 6
Qualification : Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India with 10 years experience in a reputed organization.

Note:
1. The period of appointment shall be initially for a period of three years which may be extended up to five years depending on the performance of the candidate.
2. Age limit 50 years in the case of General Manager level posts and 45 in the case of others.
