Tradesman Mate Recruitment :
Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following posts. The scale of pay and specifications of the posts are given below:-

Designation of Post : Tradesman Mate
No of Vacancies : 316
Pay Scales : Rs 18000/- in Level-1 (18000-56900)
Minimum Essential Qualification :
(i) Matriculation or equivalent pass
(ii) Capable of passing Written exam as it involves induction to Group ‘C’ post.
(iii) Should be sturdy and be able to carry loads. (Ammunition boxes filled/unfilled. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable).

Designation of Post : Fireman
No of Vacancies : 04
Pay Scales : Rs 19900 in Level-2 (19900-63200)
Minimum Essential Qualification :
Essential :
(a) Matriculation or equivalent pass

(b) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the test specified below :
(i)Height without shoes – 165 cms provided that a concession of 2.5 cms in height shall be allowed for member of Scheduled Tribes.
(ii)Chest (un-expanded)-81.5 cms
(iii)Chest (on expansation ) – 85 cms
(iv)Weight – 50 Kgs (minimum)
(v)Endurance test

(c) Capable of passing Written exam as it involves induction to Group ‘C’ post.

Candidates will forward application properly sealed in an envelope to the address mentioned against the post applied for, through ordinary post/Registered post/Speed post. Application in person will not be accepted.

Candidates are requested to superscribe the words “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF __________________ on the top of envelope while sending the application form. The last date of receipt of application is 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.

In case of candidates belonging to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Sikkim, Ladakh Sub Division of Jammu and Kashmir state, Lahaul & Spiti District of Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island & Lakshadweep shall be 28 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

However the crucial date for determining the age limit for all shall be the closing date for receipt of application i.e. 21st day from publication.

Application NOT confirming to the format given in the website will NOT be accepted.

The photocopy of the following documents/certificate to be attached alongwith application duly self attested:-
(a) Two passport size photographs duly self attested, one on right corner of application and one on Acknowledgement Card.
(b) Attested copies of following certificates will also be submitted with application:-
(i) Education qualification certificate.
(ii) Date of Birth certificate.
(iii) Caste certificate where applicable.
(iv) Discharge Certificate for Ex-Serviceman or NOC from the competent authority for serving Defence Personnel who are completing the prescribed period of Army Services within a year from the last date for receiving application.
(c) Self addressed envelope affixing postal stamps of Rs 25/-.
