Medical Consultant Recruitment :
Applications are invited for the post of Medical Consultant on case to case basis

Medical consultants on case to case basis in Psychiatry, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Dermatology & Veneriology, ENT, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Cardio thoracic Vascular surgeon, Physician, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Radiologist and Anesthesia for providing professional services for Central Hospital D.L.W, Varanasi.

Interested eligible candidates should send application to Chief Medical Officer, DLW, Varanasi.

Eligibility: The candidates should be Post Graduate qualification and experience. Certificate of High School should also be enclosed for verification of date of birth.

Consultancy Fee for Medical Consultant:
1. Super specialists (DM/MCH/Similar) Rs. 500/- per case per visit and Rs. 100/- for additional case during the same visit.
2. Specialists (MD/MS/Similar) Rs. 400/- per case per visit and Rs. 75/- for additional case during the same visit.
3. Diploma Rs. 200/- per case per visit and Rs. 50/- for additional case during the same visit.

Fee For Surgical Procedures:
1.For Minor Surgery – Rs. 2000/- per case as a package rate.
2. For Major Surgery – Rs. 5000/- per case as a package rate.
3. For Special Surgery – Rs. 8000/- per case as a package rate.

Note: The Package Contains-
1.Pre Operation one check up.
2. The Surgical Operation.
3. Post operative follow up for 3 days (Excluding the day of operation).

Fee for Anesthesia:
General Anesthesia charge in major surgical cases including spinal and epidural block Rs. 1500/- per case.
General Anesthesia charge for short duration such as with pentothal, ketolar etc. including general anesthesia in minor surgical operation Rs. 1000/- per case.
(Note- additional Rs. 300/- per case in night during emergency.)

Age Profile: 30 years to 65 years.
Experience: 3 years work experience in related specialty.
