CEDI, NIT Trichy (nitt-cedi.in) is associating with Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, (EDII) Government of Tamilnadu as a Hub institution under IEDP (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Program) to support local institutions in development of innovation & entrepreneurship eco-system & competencies and promotion of faculty & student innovation.

CEDI is looking for a Field Coordinator (FC) under this initiative with the following responsibilities:
** Responsible for the Nodal hub’s development & training
** Monitor and measure program effectiveness and provide feedback
** Track effectiveness of the programs, develop dashboards and performance reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
** Responsible to deliver outcomes from the given region
** Relationship management and interfacing with different stakeholders including partners, colleges, Govt. and other organizations
** Develop and execute project implementation roadmap, including policies and strategies
** Develop annual operating plan/s including monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables and outcomes for the nodal teams
** Ensure training and course corrections for the success of team members
** Establish sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements with the hubs, institutes, community groups and organizations
** Represent the CEDI at appropriate platforms and vis-à-vis relevant stakeholders

Qualification: First Class Graduate in Engineering. Candidates with MBA is most preferable.
Experience: 2-5 Years’ experience in relevant/ related field (entrepreneurship, management, commerce, etc.)
Salary: Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month (Consolidated) plus nominal allowances for travel relating to field work.

Terms of appointment: Initially for a period of one year on contract, extendable by one more year. The FC will not have any right to claim regular employment with CEDI, NIT Trichy or EDII, Government of Tamilnadu.
