Conditions for Application:
1. Previous vacancy of Bihar Museum published vide IPRD No. 07 dated 01.04.2015, IPRD No. 365 dated 10.04.2015 and IPRD No. 722 dated 20.04.2015 is summarily rejected due to unavoidable reason.

2. Application should strictly be in the prescribed format with self-attested copies of necessary mark sheet, certificates, testimonials to establish your qualification and experience. In complete application or applications not accompanied with necessary documents shall be summarily rejected.

3. Non-refundable Application fee is Rs. 300/- for applicants under General category/BC/EBC and Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST candidates of Bihar. Application fee is to be paid through Demand Draft in favor of Bihar Museum Society payable at Patna.

4. For the purpose of calculation of Experience and Age, the reference date will be 30th June 2017.
5. Age relaxation will be as per government norms.
6. Reservation benefits will be available only to applicants who are domicile of Bihar.
7. The present vacancy numbers and the category break up are indicative only and can be changed without any notice.

8. Candidates working Government/Semi Government organization should send their application through proper channel along-with recommendation by the employer/Head of the office. Candidates working in Government/Semi Government organization may send the advance copy of the application.

9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the next phase of selection process. All original educational/experience/other certificates must be carried at the time of interview.
10. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview/written test for any position.
11. Canvassing in any form and/or bringing in any influence political or otherwise will be treated as disqualification for the post. Interim enquiries will not be entertained.

12. Mere Possession of requisite qualification and experience shall not entitle the candidate to be called for the test and interview. Decision of the department of Art, Culture & Youth/Bihar Museum Society in this regard shall be final.

14. Applications along-with application fee and self-attested copies of all certificates and testimonials must reach on the address given below on or before 28th July, 2017. Application received without application fee will be summarily rejected. The onus for delay due to postal transit would lie on the candidate, not on the department/society.
