PAET :
All necessary information regarding the conduct of PAET-2017, preparation of merit and the process of seeking admission to BAMS/BHMS/BUMS courses in the various colleges of Punjab affiliated to Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Punjab and all applicable rules /regulations, etc, are contained in this PROSPECTUS, PAET-2017.

This Prospectus contains two parts:
Part-I: Pertains to the instructions/procedure of fill online application forms for PAET-2017, mode of PAET-2017 and allotment of ranks. It also contains instructions/procedure to fill online counseling form

PART-II: Pertains to admission to BAMS and BHMS courses on the basis of PAET-2017. This part contains the Punjab Government Notification No. 5/3/11-3HBIII/3315 dated 12.05.2011, Syllabus for PAET and Specimen of various Performas.

Candidates are advised to read Part-I and Part-II of the prospectus carefully before filling and submitting the ONLINE Entrance Test APPLICATION FORM/ONLINE Admission Application FORM of PAET-2017.

An error in filling of ONLINE Entrance Test APPLICATION FORM may result in its rejection. Corrections in the information given by the candidate in the ONLINE Entrance Test APPLICATION FORM may not be permitted after conduct of PAET.

FEE REQUIRED WITH ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:
I. Application/Registration Fee for PAET-2017 is Rs. 4500/- (Rs. 3000/- for SC candidates).
II. The prescribed application fee should be remitted through prescribed payment gateway provided using a Credit card or a Debit card issued by banks in India or through Internet Banking.
III. Application Fee for PAET will not be accepted in any form after due date/time in any case.
IV. Only those Applications will be considered against which fee has been deposited by due date/time.
V. Fee once deposited in University Account will not be refunded/adjusted in any case. VI. Fee shall not be accepted in any other mode i.e. Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft etc.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
i) Before applying, candidate should carefully read PROSPECTUS for eligibility conditions and other important conditions.
ii) Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Submitting more than one application by a candidate is liable to be rejected.
iii) Candidate ensures that he/she has completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December, 2017.
iv) After filling online application form by candidate, University will issue a unique Registration Id. Registration Id (i.e. login Id) will be provided to the candidate at his/her registered Mobile Number through SMS and email.
v) Admit card will be issued against that Registration Id‘s, against which registration Id application fee has been remitted within a stipulated date and time.
vi) Candidate should have to apply online on or before 31.07.2017. After this online application form will not be available at the University website and no request will be entertained in this regard.
vii) Date should be filled in the format of dd/mm/yyyy i.e. date/month/year.
viii) Registration Id is mandatory for further process, so keep it secret and won‘t disclose to any unknown person.
ix) You have to login to upload Photograph, Signatures, Application Status.

x) How to upload photograph, Signature, You have to login by entering your Registration Id. The size of photograph, Signature, should not be more than 25KB respectively. Candidate may use third party software i.e. shrinkpictures.com to resize their photograph, Signature, before uploading.

xi) Save Application: To get printout of your online application form you have to save your application. Once you save and proceed you will not be able to edit your application data, so be ensured that you have entered correct data particularly check your Name, Date of Birth, categories etc. before save & proceed.

xii) Go to Registration part II. Thereafter make payment online. After successful payment print out will be possible.

Xiii) Candidates are advised to always Logout your application form when you are leaving the computer.

Note: Please fill your valid mobile number and email address to receive information regarding your application form time to time in the form of SMS and Email. You will also receive your Registration Id on your given mobile number and email address.

Important Dates :
Availability of Prospectus at University website 4th July , 2017 onwards
Last date for online submission of Entrance Test application form through University website 31th July, 2017
Candidates can download Admit card from University From 3rd August, 2017
Date of conduct of PAET-2017 20th August, 2017(Sunday)
Date of Result declaration By 23th August , 2017
