Special Supplementary Exam :
Bharathiar University-Departments –PG/MBA/MCA/BPEd./MPEd./M.Ed. – conduct of Special Supplementary Examinations for those who have failed in any one of the theory papers held during April/May 2017

A Special Supplementary Examination is scheduled to be held on 30th July 2017 (Sunday) for the students of the University Departments.

Only the outgoing PG Students who are having one arrear paper is eligible to write this Examination, so as to enable him/her to go for higher studies or employment. (i.e for the candidates who are admitted during 2014-2015 for M.C.A., 2015-2016 for other PG courses courses).

The examination fee is as follows:

The Application form for Supplementary Examination can be down-loaded from the University website b-u.ac.in. The last date for the receipt of the filled-in application is 14th July 2017. No application will be entertained after the last date.

The Head of the Department is requested to send the filled-in applications affixing a signed photo & attested by the Head of the Department along with DD/ Challan. Further, the HODs are requested to direct the students to collect their Hall-tickets three days prior to the examination from the Chief Superintendent appointed for the Supplementary Examination-July 2017.

Your kind co-operation and co-ordination are earnestly solicited for the smooth conduct of the Special Supplementary Examination.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES :
1. The filled-in application should be sent to the Controller of Examinations, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore – 641 046 through the HODs, on or before 14.07.2017. After the above said date no application will be entertained.

2. Candidate should affix identical photos in the application and in the Hall-ticket.

3. The special supplementary examination will be held on 30.07.2017 Sunday, in the University premises. Further, the HODs are requested to direct the students to collect their Hall-tickets from the Chief Superintendent of July 2017 Supplementary Examinations (who has appointed for conduct of Supplementary Examinations), prior to three days of the Examination.

4. No separate Time-Table will be sent.

5. The candidate is permitted to appear for only one theory paper i.e, the candidates who are having only one arrear paper and has passed all other papers including practicals in their period of study. (i.e for candidates admitted during 2014-2015 for M.C.A. , 2015-2016 for PG courses).

6. Re-registered/ Re-admitted candidates are not eligible for Special Supplementary Examination.

7. For candidates who have applied and passed both revaluation and supplementary examination the revaluation mark only will be considered, since, the Supplementary Examination is treated as arrear Examination.
