Medical officer, Pilot Recruitment :
Paradip Port Trust intends to engage the following persons on contract basis.

Post : Dy.CMO (Specialist) Pediatrics,Surgery, Anesthesia, Orthopedics, ENT & Radiology
Recruitment Rules/Qualification :
i)MBBS Degree from a recognized University and
ii)P.G. Degree in the subject discipline
iii)Experience of 7(Seven) years in the relevant discipline.
Numbers of Posts : 6 nos.
Age : Upto 65 years
Remunaration (Consolidated) : Rs.75,000/- per month

Post : Senior Medical officer
Recruitment Rules/Qualification :
i)MBBS Degree from a recognized University/BDS Degree of a recognized University.
ii)5(five) years of experience in a Hospital, after completion of internship of one year.
iii)Desirable:- A Post Graduate Medical Degree from a recognized University.
Numbers of Posts : 3 nos.
Age : Upto 65 years
Remunaration (Consolidated) : Rs.65,000/- per month

Post : Dy.Marine Engineer
Recruitment Rules/Qualification :
i) MOT II Class Motor Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act,1958.
ii)2(two) years of experience as independent Watch Keeping Engineer on board a foreign going ship.
Numbers of Posts : 2 nos.
Age : Upto 35 years
Remunaration (Consolidated) : Rs.50,000/- Per month

Post : EIC Tug
Recruitment Rules/Qualification :
i)Must hold certificate of Inland Engineers under IV act or MEO Class-IV issued by DG Shipping, Govt. of India or Equivalent certificate from other country recognized by DG Shipping.
ii) Should have 5(five) years of experience in operation and maintenances of Tugs and Floating crafts.
Numbers of Posts : 2 nos.
Age : Upto 35 years
Remunaration (Consolidated) : Rs.40,000/- Per month

Post : PILOT
Recruitment Rules/Qualification :
i)Must be holding a certificate of competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt of India.
ii)One year post qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.
Numbers of Posts : 3 nos.
Age : 40 years
Remunaration (Consolidated) : Rs.75,000/- per month

Other conditions:
1) The contract Period is of one year and extendable further based on the Performance.
2) In the case of PILOTs, contract Period is of 3 years and selected candidates will have to undergo training for at least six months and pass the required tests as prescribed in the PPT Regulation.
3) Management reserves the right to waive the age limits or experience criteria, depending on the availability of candidates, for contract basis only.
