Download Admit Card :
For the post of HCS (Jd. Br.) Preliminary Examination 2017 will be held on 16.07.2017 (Sunday) from 11.00 AM to 01.00 P.M at Chandigarh.

Procedure :
i) Enter Registration Number
ii) Date Of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
iii) Click on "Proceed" Button

The Admit cards for the Preliminary Examination will be available on Commission's website from 01.07.2017 and candidates can download the same from the Commission's website i.e. hpsconline.in.

The Preliminary Examination will be of qualifying nature and marks obtained in the screening test will not be given any weightage for final selection. The candidate's who have not deposit the required fees against their online application form are not eligible for the Preliminary Examinations. Admit cards to individual candidates are not being sent separately.

It is made clear that admission to the Preliminary Examination is provisional and subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions and correctness of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms which will be checked when they qualify for the main examination.

The candidates who find any error in the Name, Father's Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their admit cards, can contact the Commission's office "in person or on telephone No. 0172-2560754 or mail at hcs2017.hpsc[AT]gmail.com upto 10.07.2017" for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card.

The correction will be carried out subject to the data available in the online application form of the concerned. No rectification in the admit cards will be carried out after 10.07.2017 by the Commission and the candidate shall be solely responsible for it.

Notes :
1. A Physicalty Handicappeil candidate, if any, who wants the help of a scribe for writing his/her papers, may apply to the Commksion for seeking permissian of having a scribe at lesst I0 days before the commencement of the Examinatlon No sach permission sholl be granted by tlte centre Supervisor.

2. Candidates are directed that they should download the admit card on A-4 size paper so that their photos & other parliculars can eosily be seen / verified. Candidates having small size Admit Cards with illegible photos / signatures will not be allowed to enter in the Exnmination centre.

3. Some candidates have not uploaded their required size of photograph and signalure on their online application forms and a note to this effect will be displayed on the website at the time of downloading of admit card.

Such candidates are again reqaested to send their photogrsph and signature on the website at hcs20l7.hpsc [AT] gmail.com upto 10.07.2017 failing which they will not be in a position to downloaded their admit card.
