Procedure to Login into PCS Online Application:
Steps:
1. Enter the URL pcs.mahaonline.gov.in in address location bar.
2. The screen shown below is displayed.
3. Click on New Registration
4. Enter the Details of applicant
5. Click on Submit Screen below will be displayed.
6. Click on OK message screen below will be displayed
7. Enter the verification code and Click on Verify screen below will be displayed
8. Click on message ‘ok’ and screen below will be displayed
9. Enter Username and password .Screen Below will be displayed
10. Click on Services tab on left hand side as shown in screen below and choose the service need to apply
11. Click on (for example) character certificate screen below will be displayed
12. Enter Address Information and click on NEXT
13. Enter Occupation/Education information and click on NEXT
14. Enter General Information and click on Next
15. Enter Police Station Information and click Next
16. Click on ‘SAVE’ and screen below will be displayed. Application Id isgenerated
17. Click on ‘Ok’ screen below will be displayed
18. Upload Photo and Signature
19. Upload Documents (Tick documents need to be uploaded) screen below will be displayed
20. Click on Save screen below will be displayed
21. Click on ‘Continue’ view the entire form by clicking on ‘NEXT’ and then click on Proceed to Payment tab as shown in screen below
22. Select payment mode for example Pay Online

As per the press release in May 2016 in DNA by Aditional Commissioner of Police that PCC will be issued with 10 days of application for Clearance Certificate. My local police station has approved but the status at CFC is pending. When I inquired at the SB office I was told that it will take 21 days to process. I started the process of filling online form on 26th December, it took me almost 3 days to complete filling form due to technical issues on PCC website. Next 1 whole day to upload documents and pay fees. Finally on 29th Dec it showed that the FEES is paid. Its been 4 days i did not receive any call from Local police station so I visited the police station i had applied for. To my surprise my residential address does not falls under the jurisdiction of local police station (which was 1.5 Kms) that I had selected, therefore I was asked to visit other Police station which was like 5 Kms from my home. Finally I travelled (as i didn't have any choice) to that police station, the checker or the authorized person (as he was not Uniform so don't know if he was Policeman) asked me if he had called me, I said No its been 5 days since I had applied, still no call received therefore I had personally came to submit the documents. He said "Okay" just turn around my documents hard copy, asked my Age and said "Okay!!! It's done. Police will come to your home for further verification and it will take another 20-25 days for the whole Process."
My question here is when we are already submitting the documents online, our Adhar card is getting validated while creating new account, we are personally visiting nearest police station, Policeman are coming to our home for address verification then why does it take another 20-25 days for the process ?

We had applied for PCC Mumbai in 2017 and had recived it but the resident country Spain needs the PCC again written INDIA on it which it was not written on the old one.
