Doodle On Tip Contest :
Draw a doodle describing how to prevent trafficking in persons (TIP).

Eligibility:
The DOODLE ON TIP contest is open to Indian youth. Participant must be between 15-30 years of age. Participant must ensure a valid proof in support of his/her Indian citizenship.

Competition Period:
Contest I begins on 8th March, 2017 (midnight, IST) and the closing date for receipt of entries is 30th April, 2017 (midnight, IST). Dates are subject to change.

Doodle Specifications:
The doodle must meet the following requirements;
** It should be drawn on an A4 size paper.
** It must contain the original signature of the participant on the bottom right corner.
** It may be single coloured or multi coloured.
** It must incorporate the campaign tagline (“BE ALERT RAISE ALARM” #stophumantrafficking).
** It must be two-dimensional.
** It must be an original and unpublished work of the participant. Plagiarized content will be disqualified.
** It must not contain material that is unlawful, derogatory, defamatory or in any way inappropriate against any person/community/religion/caste/institution.
** It must not be related to any actual litigation or claim.

How to Enter:
Email your entries for Contest I to the email id: ifighttip AT gmail.com Subject of the email should be: doodleontip_participant last name_participant first name

All entries should be accompanied by the following particulars of the participant in the mail body of the email:
** Name
** Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy)
** Phone no.
** Whatsapp no.
** Email id
** Postal address

Entry Specifications:
** All entries should be in JPEG/JPG format
** Image resolution should not be less than 300 dpi
** Dimensions of the image should not be less than 500x538 pixels
** The file should not be more than 15 MB in size

Only entries through the aforementioned email id will be considered as valid entries into the contest. Only one entry per participant is allowed in Contest I. In the case of duplicate or multiple entries from the same participant, the first entry to arrive at the designated email address will be considered the official entry of the participant into the contest. Participant of Contest I can also take part in SKETCH AHT ACTION

Prize:
The following prizes will be awarded;
** All participants will receive a participation certificate.
** Best entries will be showcased at the TIP Conclave 2017 at Patna.
** The image will also be posted on the social media page of the campaign.

Liability:
Contents and messages of the doodle is the sole responsibility of the participant. The entry images will be used in the campaign without any financial compensation or otherwise. The organizers of the contest will not be held liable in any way/form.

If I use a prize pool, is it ok to add to it as the contest progresses as long as I dont remove anything from it?
