NRI Complaint Registration :
Please follow the following steps for registering your grievance on CM Window portal :
1) Click here to download grivance registration form. You may also download macro enabled registration form by clicking here.
2) Fill all information in the registration form.

3)Please generate a pdf file for your grievance detail along with
a) Copy of foreign passport,
b) Copy of person of Indian overseas and
c) Copy of overseas Indian card preferably in a single file of max.1 MB size

4) Attach this pdf file to your email and send it to cmgrievances-hry [AT] nic.in.
You will receive system generated email once this grievance is registered on CM Window portal.

You can register your problem on any one of the following places
1) At the CM WINDOW counter in the Deputy Commissioner's Office (DC Office) at the district headquarters!
2) At the CM WINDOW counter in your Sub-Divisional Office (SDM Office)!

3) In the office of ministers!
4) Chief Minister's residence or CM's office is the fourth floor, Haryana Secretariat, Sector-1, Chandigarh!
