Tezpur University Entrance Examinations :
Admission to most of the Academic Programmes of Tezpur University is conducted through the TUEE Cell.

For the first time, this year the University has made the entire admission process online, including application submission, University entrance examinations at various Centres across the country, counselling/admission, and application and admission fee payment.

Important Dates :
(a) Opening of the online application submission : 15 March, 2017
(b) Closing of the online application submission
(i) All Programmes (except B.Tech. Programmes) : 30 April, 2017
(ii) B.Tech. Programmes : 08 May, 2017
(c) Declaration of the University entrance examinations schedule : 05 May, 2017 (tentative)
(d) Issuance of admit card for entrance examinations : 12 May, 2017 (tentative)
(e) University entrance examinations : 26 - 28 May, 2017
(f) Declaration of merit lists of shortlisted/selected candidates : 15 June, 2017 (tentative)
(g) Counselling/Admission of new students : 30 June, 2017 onward (tentative)
(h) Orientation for new students (Centrally organized) : 25 & 26 July, 2017
(i) Commencement of classes of the Autumn Semester : 27 July, 2017

Steps to be followed while filling the online application form:
1. Visit the web page tezu.ernet.in/admission and click on the “Apply Online” button(or visit directly tueeonline.in). You will be directed to the admission portal as shown below.
2. In the “Applicant Login” box, click on the link "Make Registration".

3. When you click the"Make Registration"button, you will be directed to the Registration Form asking for various details as shown below. Mandatory fields are marked with red asterisks. These fields cannot be left blank.

Once you fill up the details, click on the "Sign up" button at the end of the Registration Form for initiating the registration process.

NOTE: Please note that information provided during registration cannot be changed later. Therefore make sure about the correctness of the information provided in the Registration Form.

After signing up, you will be shown a preview of your personal details you have provided in the form. Click the “Confirm” button if the personal details are correct. Otherwise click “Change” button to edit and then confirm.Thus you have successfully submitted your details.

4. On successful submission of registration details, you will be shown the following confirmation message on the screen. You will also receive an e-mail on the e-mail ID provided by you in the Registration Form and a validation code on your registered mobile number.

This email will contain an activation link as shown below. You need to click on this activation link to activate and validate your registered account.

Note :
This confirmation and activation link e-mail might land up in your "Spam Folder" or "Junk Folder'. So, in case you do not find the registration confirmation e-mail in your "Inbox", please check your "Spam Folder" or "Junk Folder'.

If you find the e-mail from application [AT] tueeonline.in in your "Spam Folder" or "Junk Folder', please report it as "Not Spam" and/or add the same to your contact list so that the subsequent e-mails from application[at]tueeonline.in always come in your Inbox.

Always check your "Spam Folder" or "Junk Folder' for e-mails from the Tezpur University Entrance Test Portal.

5. Activation and validation of your Account :
(i) Click on the activation link received in the e-mail. Your account will not be activated until you have clicked on this activation link.

(ii) On clicking the activation link, you will be directed to the validation page (as in the screenshot shown below) in which you are required to give the validation code sent on your registered mobile number/Email ID. Enter the validation code received on your registered mobile number/Email IDand click “Submit” button to complete the registration process.

(iii) On successful validation, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen (as shown below). Now you can login andvisit “My Application” section to start application process.

How to fill up the Application form after I have selected the Programme I wish to apply for?
After you have added the first Programme of your choice as shown in the previous screenshot, the following form will appear. Some of its fields may be pre-filled with the details you have already given at the time of registration.

Fill up your details correctly in the “Applicant Details” section shown in the next screenshot. After you have filled up all the required fields, click on the “Save & Continue” button given at the bottom of the page (as shown in the next screenshot).

For details related to specific fields in the application form, eligibility condition, number of seats, fee, etc. refer to the Prospectus available on the Tezpur University's Entrance Examination Portal.

How to pay the Application Fees?
You will get dropdown for “Payment Type”, here you select ONLINE.

Select the applications for which you want to pay the Application Fee. You will have options of paying Tezpur University Online Application Fee [using Credit Card/Debit Card/NEFT (Net Banking on SBI)/NEFT (Net Banking on Others)] through payment gateway available on the Portal [by clicking “Proceed to Pay”].
