Law Assistant Recruitment :
Applications are invited from the citizens of India as defined under Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up of 3(three) posts (likely to be increased) of Law Assistant (on contract basis) for a period of 1 (one) year (which may be extended) in the High Court of Manipur, Imphal.

Name of Post : Law Assistant
Scale of Pay : Honorarium of Rs. 15,000/- (fixed) per month.
Total No. of post : 3(three) - Unreserved (likely to be increased).
Age : Maximum age for appointment to the post of Law Assistant shall be 27 years as on the date of advertisement.

Qualification : Recruitment of Law Assistant shall be made from amongst graduates in Law with minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent in Cumulative Grade Point System of marking) from any institution recognised by Bar Council of India/ University Grants Commission.

Examination Fee : Rs. 500/- for General, Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates by Banker's Cheque/ Demand Draft drawn from any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).

Last date of Form Submission : 7th April, 2017.

HOW TO APPLY :
Duly filled up and signed application form with a Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft drawn from any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) (Payable at Imphal) for Rs. 500/- for general and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST OBC/PH candidates) in favour of Registrar General Examination, High court of Manipur should be submitted either by post or in person to the
Registrar General,
High Court of Manipur,
Imphal,
Mantripukhri - 795002,
on or before 7th April, 2017.

Note:
1. Applicants are advised to fill up their application forms Correctly, properly and completely otherwise their applications will not be accepted.

2. Enclosures:
(a) Copies of self-attested Certificate of age proofleducational qualification, Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste O.B.C. etc. .
(b) Self addressed, stamped (Rs.25/-) envelope of the size of 23X10 cm.
(c) 2 (two) extra colour passport size photograph.

3. Those applications submitted by post or in person/by hand to this Registry after the last date of submission are liable to be rejected and no request whatsoever will be entertained.

4. Date of Written Test /Interview (Viva Voce) will be notified in the Admit Card issued.

5. The Registry reserves the right to reject any application which are not in proper form/incomplete. The rejection of applications will be after proper screening and not at the time or submission of the forms.

6. Candidates already in Government services should apply through proper channel.
