e-Stamp Online Payment :
** e-Registration Fees Collection system is a secure electronic way of Collection of Registration Fees along with the Other Charges and payment mechanism to the State Government. It is a step towards e-Governance which ensures that Registration fee and Other Charges paid by public reaches the Government safely.

** e-Stamping is already operational in the State of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, NCT of Delhi and Punjab and now the respective State Governments have appointed Stock Holding as the Registration Fee Collection Agency for Computerization of the Registration System.

** Stock Holding provides a convenience of making the payment of Stamp Duty (via e-Stamping system) and Registration Fee (via e-Registration System) at the same time.
** e-Registration Fee Collection system is now available in the State of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, NCT of Delhi and Punjab.

Registration :
Client makes a one-time registration which can be used across online products for e-Stamping and e-Court fee available for that State. System has been designed to accommodate Individuals, Proprietorship firms and Corporate. Currently the online facility has been activated for e-Court Fee payment and e-Stamping payment only for NCT Delhi

About Online Payment System :
Stock Holding introduces the Online Gateway Payment module for payment of Judicial-e-Court fee and Non-Judicial Stamp duty i.e. e-Stamping, through the internet for the first time in the NCT of Delhi. The system is user friendly and has been designed to ensure ease and convenience in e-Court fee and e-Stamping payment to the general public.

This portal is intended to provide various utility services related with the different functions of the Registration Department and registry processes like- Online Application for Deed Registration, online fee payment, online Search, online Registration of Society/ Firm Checking Minimum Valuation of Land, list of Stamp and Registration fee and to give information about various Acts/ Rules, Notification, Circular of dept.
