Group Dance Competition :
1. Competition is to be held on 8th April 2017 at Dilli Haat, Pitampura.
2. Last Date to submit the Application is 1st April 2017.
3. Application form can be submitted in person, by post or on mail.
4. The selection of the group for participation is at the sole discretion of Music N Dance Academy. The selected groups will be individually communicated to submit the participation charges.

6. Account Details shall be provided on request to transfer the participation charges. The Amount Transaction details / Payment Details Slip have to be attached with the form.
7. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
8. Participant must bring good recorded music (in CD or Pen Drive) for the item they propose to present.

9. Junior Category Group participation fees 2500/-
a. Reporting time would be 4pm.
b. Time Limit 5 mins. Negative marking if the time limit exceeds.

10. Senior Category Group participation fees 3000/-
a. Reporting time would be 5pm.
b. Time Limit 8 mins. Negative marking if the time limit exceeds.

11. Attach on a separate sheet the Name, Age and Contact Details of each participant.
12. Attach the age proof of all the participants.
13. A panel of eminent judges would judge the proficiency and decide on three winners in each category.
14. The Judges decision would be final no questions whatsoever shall be entertained in this regards.
15. Results would be announced on the same day for both the categories.
16. The participants and their supporters should maintain complete discipline and decorum at the venue and green room. Failing to do so shall result in immediate disqualification of the group and further disciplinary action will be taken as deemed necessary.
17. The participants and supporters will maintain cleanliness at the venue and shall use dustbins as appropriate.
18. The participation Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
19. Participants will be responsible to get the music checked at the time of reporting at the venue. The Organizers are not responsible for any issues with the music during the performance.
20. The organizers are not liable for any mishappenings, accidents during the event.
21. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to take care of their belongings. The organizer is not responsible for the same.
