Job Description
- Create and manage distributor – dealer network across Maharashtra
- Create institutional sales through major Key Accounts (Large Hotels, Clubs & Pubs & major Retailers)
- Responsible for managing the Mumbai /Pune /Goa sales and driving the growth by developing appropriate marketing strategy for meeting and achieving the business targets
- Formulate realistic sales targets, achieve and develop the same.
- Create and execute marketing plans.
- Sales promotion and trade schemes and Payment Collection
- In short the candidate can confidently manage & be Responsible for the full sales cycle.

- Aggressive & Well spoken English & Presentable
- Must have thorough understanding of managing sale through institution & distributor
- Should have good knowledge at working out schemes & promotions & NEGOTIATION with the customer
- Should have minimum 2 years experience in managing sales in any reputed Liquor company. Responsible for developing the business in assigned territories, achieving targets and DSO, Maintaining excellent relations with all customers and to find opportunities for new business development.
- Applicant must Oversee the entire sales process from cradle to grave assisted by the delivery team. This will include presales, proposals, presentations, negotiations, coordination with delivery teams and collection of payments
