Quiz Competition:
We are pleased to inform you that the Lions Club of Central Madras has been conducting many community service projects for the welfare of the needy and talent promotion projects for the students of city colleges and schools every year for the past 45 years since our charter in 1971.Our first Educational Project for the current Lionistic year is the 46th Inter Collegiate Quiz Competition, the details of which are given below.

Theme of the Quiz: General
Registration & Tea: 3.00 p.m. to 3.30 p. m.
Preliminary Competition : 3.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Meeting & Quiz Competition: 4.00 p.m.

Awards:
** MJF Lion Dr. C. V. Ananthasayanam Trophy to the College winning First Place & Silver Medal.
** MJF Lion G. Srinivasan Trophy to the College Winning Second Place & Silver Medal.
** MJF Lion K. Jayaraman Commendation Trophy to the College Winning Third Place & Silver medal.
** Justice P. Venugopal Memorial Cash prizes of Rs. 3000, Rs. 2000 & Rs. 1000 for the First, Second and Third Place Teams.
** Consolation Prize of Rs. 500/ to each team other than the first three.
** Certificates will be issued to all participants.

RULES AND REGULATIONS :
** We would request you to send a Team of Two Students to participate in the above competition.
** This will be a General Quiz Competition.

** Participating students must produce their identity card and an authorization from their respective colleges at the time of registration to take part in the competition on 25.3.17
** Depending on the number of participants, there may be a preliminary elimination round followed by Finals.
** The decision of the Quiz Master shall be Final on the matters relating to the competition and binding on all Participants.
** We look forward to your immediate confirmation and participation by your Institution on or before 22.3.17 to enable us to proceed further.
