Terms and Conditions:
The following are the terms of agreement between a participant and Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL). By submitting their entry for the FREE sample, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms. Participation in the event is subject to the strict adherence to these terms & conditions.

Rules for Participation:
** Participant should submit their entry on or before 31st March'17
** Entries will be accepted only on the website fortunefoods.com/frbh-oil-sampling and through sponsored Facebook Lead Generation ads
** Sample request is only pertaining to Fortune Rice Bran Health oil
** AWL shall not entertain any complaints post acknowledgement/delivery/acceptance of the samples by the participant.
** Each household will get only one sample per brand
** AWL will not take any liability of any loss or damage of sample in transit
** Currently the sampling activity will be valid only for Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune & Ahmedabad. AWL reserves its right to change the list of cities at any time at its sole discretion.
** AWL reserves its right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any entries for the FREE samples
** Selection of participants for the Free samples will be done on random selection basis and the company decision shall be final and binding.
** Selected participants shall be contacted by AWL via call or sms
** The product which shall be sampled to selected participants will be 200gm pouch of Fortune Rice Bran Health oil
** The selected participants will have to share their address where they want to receive the Free sample, when contacted by the company. In case participant fails to share the same, their selection will be cancelled and they will not be eligible for it
** AWL will take at least 90 days to process the samples request. AWL will endeavour to keep the member informed of any delay.
** The free sample cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable and is non-transferable.
** Employees of AWL, their immediate families, employees of AWL's advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate for the same
** By submitting the entry for the free sample, the participants agree to have their name and any other content and information (submitted by them) to be displayed by AWL on the website and other social media properties.
** AWL reserves the absolute right to cancel or abandon the activity and/or to change the terms & conditions contained herein and/or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the contest at any time without any notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Any such change in terms & conditions shall be displayed on the website.
** Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWL, its directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind rising from or in connection with the participation of the participants in this activity.
** All the intellectual property rights with respect of this activity shall be the exclusive property of AWL.
** The activity shall be subject to Indian Laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ahmedabad only.
** AWL cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the contest. AWL and its associates cannot be held responsible for matters out of its control and for force majeure reasons.
