#GioneeYTFF Contest :
** These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the procedure of the Contest titled “#GioneeYTFF” (Contest) organized, conducted and brought to you by Syntech Technology Private Limited (‘Syntech’).
** Participation in this contest is voluntary. The Contest is open for citizens of INDIA ONLY who are aged 18 years and above, but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, Dealers and Distributors of Gionee Handsets, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors/executing agencies and their associate companies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.
** By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified here in totality. If anyone does not agree or cannot comply with any of the Terms, then please do not participate in the Contest.
** This contest is open from 3 PM IST on 18th Mar 2017 till 11:59 PM IST on 22nd Mar, 2017 (‘Contest Period’).
** To participate in the contest, participants must follow the official Gionee India Twitter and Facebook profiles and participants shall be governed by the Rules stated herein below.
** To participate in the #GioneeYTFF Contest, the contestant needs to do the following:
** Follow and Like Gionee India official presence on Facebook: facebook.com/gionee.india/
** Follow Gionee India on Twitter: twitter.com/gioneeIndia
** Answer the question asked on the website with a right answer to participate in the contest.
** Winners will be selected from the pool of entries received with the right answer.
** Users can send in the entries with the right answer via Twitter by using the hashtag #GioneeYTFF
** Usage of the hashtag #GioneeYTFF is mandatory for all entries. Entries without the hashtag will be deemed invalid
** Only valid entries with right answer will be considered eligible for prizes
** Winners will be chosen from the entries with right answers. Each winner will be awarded 2 (‘TWO’) passes each to ‘YouTube Fan Fest’ by the organizer
** The contest organizers reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice

Terms and Conditions:
1. At the end of the Contest Period, all legitimate contest entries received by the organizer during the contest will be considered for deciding winners.
2. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes
3. Syntech reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing Terms or withdraw, change, alter, amend the Contest mechanism, Terms, Contest Period and/or any aspect related to the Contest including gratification without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
4. All entries received after the Contest Period shall be considered as null and void and shall not be considered for the Contest.
5. The winners will be announced on the Gionee Twitter & Facebook channels, or in such other form and manner, in the sole discretion of Syntech. It is understood that any announcement based on the Contest, shall be at the sole discretion of Syntech. Participant(s) agree and acknowledge that all decisions, with respect to the manner in which the winners are to be announced or determined, shall be the prerogative of Syntech and shall be final and binding on all Participant(s).
6. All decisions with respect to this #GioneeYTFF contest, including number and type of rewards, will be at the sole discretion of Gionee India and the same will be final & binding on a non-contestable basis.
7. Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the Contest and/or to claim the Prize, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner and Syntech shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
