The eligibility criteria, educational qualification are as under:
1. Candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. Candidate must possess a valid employment card.

3. (A) For the Post of System Administrator, Candidates must possess
(i)Bachelors Degree from recognized University
(ii)Two years Diploma in Computer Science.
(B)For the Post of Junior Accountant, Record Keeper, Dispatcher and LDA Candidate must possess
(i)Bachelors Degree from recognized University
(ii)Certificate of proficiency in Basic Computer application with typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
(C)For the Post of Junior Librarian, Candidates must possess
(i)Bachelors Degree from recognized University
(ii) Certificate of proficiency in Basic Computer application + Diploma in Library Science.
(D)For the post at Sl. Nos. 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,18,19,20,21 and 22, Candidates must possess
(I) Class VIII Pass School Certificate.

4. Age of the candidate must not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as on 18th April 2017. Relaxation of the upper age limit will be permitted as per Sikkim Government Establishment Rules, 1974 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled tribe, Other Backward Classes & Ex-servicemen.

5. Candidates in Government service are to apply through proper channel.

6. Candidates fulfilling the above criteria and desirous of sitting for the examination may submit their application addressed to the District and Sessions Judge, North Sikkim at Mangan along with certified copies of the following:
i. Employment Card.
ii. Educational documents as per the requirements
iii. Birth Certificate.
iv. Bank draft of Rs.50/- (non refundable) drawn in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, North Sikkim at Mangan.

7 Applications received without supporting documents will be rejected summarily. Candidates found eligible on preliminary scrutiny shall be called for written test by the District & Sessions Court, North Sikkim at Mangan.

8. The Registry of the District & Sessions Court, North Sikkim reserves the right to accept or reject any application with or without any reasons.

9. No individual calling letter will be issued to the eligible candidates for appearing in the written test. However, once the date of the written test is fixed, the list of eligible candidates will be uploaded on ecourts.gov.in/mangan and they will also be informed via SMS and telephone.

Last date for receipt of application is 18.04.2017.
