Job Description
To work closely with Regional Head in implementing the company's strategic plan for growth and development of service offerings.
Responsible for creating and implementing sales plan that will result in the attainment of revenue goals.
To oversee development of business potential in various sectors and to pitch for revenue proposals from customers/clients.
To undertake relationship management by building partners, marketing and brand positioning of organization.
Chair meetings with all team members to monitor work performance and plan revenue targets for all teams within business development.
To undertake building of new service offerings and presales activities.
To ensure successful delivery of projects for both customer and organization.

Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 years of experience in developing successful partnerships that meet revenue targets and product goals.
Excellent client or customer interfacing skills.
Excellent analytical skills to capture customer's requirements and relate to organization's solutions.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Successful track record of developing win-win partnerships in competitive marketplaces.
Thorough knowledge in understanding business implications of new and existing partnerships and implications on business strategies.
Advanced skills to seamlessly integrate client needs with organization's service offerings to attain revenue goals.
Excellent skills in negotiation, contracts, forecasting and strategic planning in a business environment.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Good client interfacing skills
Pleasing Personality
Energetic and self driven individual
Self motivated and team worker

BPO exposure would be preferred.
