Job Description
4-8 Years experience in Direct Sales preferably in industrial consumables such as lubricants, fastners, bearings, paints etc. Experience with leading International/Indian companies is preferable.Should have handled industrial accounts, (medium / large industries and preferably reputed OEM accounts). Should have experience of managing /selection and appointment of distributors.Should have a proven track record of establishing a good customer base, and achieving volume targets successfully. Should have the ability to independently approach & deal with senior persons in industries / Indian & Multi national OEMs. Should be able to achieve sales in a competitive environment & supervise sales executives.
Should have knowledge of commercial rules and regulations such as Excise and Sales Tax. Knowledge of MS office is essential.
