Pink Power:
“Pink Power”, an initiative by Inorbit Malls (India) Private Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter jointly referred to as "Inorbit") that aims at discovering and encouraging women to develop unique and exceptional retail business ideas relating to fashion and related accessories, Stationary, Handicraft and Home Decor by providing a platform for women who aspire to start their own business venture.

Inorbit would under its aforesaid initiative, hold a contest (“Contest”) open for participation by potential women entrepreneurs [women having retail business ideas relating to fashion and related accessories, Stationary, Handicraft and Home Decor], requiring them to submit their business ideas for scrutiny and adjudication by an in-house jury (“Pink Power Jury Team”), which will identify the best business idea. The best business idea would be provided retail space opportunities in Inorbit Mall for their launch.

Eligibility:
** 18+ years and above
** Indian National
** Having an existing business set-up
** And fall under following categories

Categories:
** Apparel: Ethinic or Speciality
** Casual: Boutique Wear/Handmade/Designer
** Accessories: Junk, Ethnic, Designer
** Footwear: Ethenic, Boutique Wear/Handmade/Designer
** Bags: Boutique/Handmade/Designer
** Stationary: Gift Articles
** Handicraft
** Home Decor

Terms & Conditions:
** The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the Contest.
** Your participation/ enrolment for the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate/ enrol in the in the Contest undertaken by Inorbit. Inorbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
** The Contest shall be conducted at Inorbit, Malad, Inorbit, Vashi, Inorbit, Vadodara, Inorbit, Cyberabad & Inorbit, Whitefield (herein severally referred to as “Location”).
** The participation/ enrolment in the Contest shall be open to women residents, residing within the municipal limits of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Vadodara, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
** Employees and Consultants (including their families) of Inorbit and its Service Providers / Sponsors working on / sponsoring this Contest are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** Minors (below 18 years of age) are not allowed to participate in this Contest.

Rules of Participation:
** The enrolment will commence on 8th March, 2017, the last day of submission of enrolment form will end be 8th April, 2017.
** To participate / enrol in the Contest, the participants need to either: Log on to inorbit.in/pinkpower/
** You shall be required to submit a unique retail business idea/ plan, in the manner prescribed. The retail business idea/ plan must be the original work of the participant. The participant shall also be required to submit a valid id proof, residence proof and 2 latest passport size photographs.
** By submitting a retail business idea/ plan, you represent and warrant that you have all right, title and/or interest in the retail business idea/ plan submitted and the information you present is accurate and complete
** The entries will be screened by the Pink Power Jury Team members, who will evaluate each entry based on various parameters.
