#BecauseLifeHappens Contest :
1) The organizer of the contest in IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited. The contest shall be held on IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited’s Twitter profile with official Twitter handle - @IndiaFirst_Life. All activities in relation to this contest and administration of the same shall be in accordance with guidelines of IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited.

2) The contest shall commence on March 16, 2017 at 10:00 am Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and will end on March 16, 2017, 2016 at 2:00 pm IST (“Contest Period”).
3) The contest shall be valid in India only.

4) Participant(s) are required to share creative and novel tweets telling us about their #BecauseLifeHappens moments that showcase how life does not always go according to plans. To qualify, they will need to send in their entries with approximately 140 (one hundred and forty) characters using the hashtag and tagging the Twitter Handle. (“Entry/Entries”)

5) All participants MUST follow the @IndiaFirst_Life Twitter handle.
6) Entries submitted without the Hashtag and tagging the Twitter Handle shall be considered null and void.
7) All participants must Retweet the ‘Akela Dulhania Le Jayega’ video to be shortlisted to win.
8) Participant(s) must be citizens of India an d of 18 (eighteen) years of age or above at the start date of the contest period.
9) Employees of and/or consultants of and/or persons hired on contract by IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited and the members of their immediate family members are ineligible from participating in the contest.
10) All Participant(s) must have a valid Twitter account to be eligible to participate in the Contest.

11) It is the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to ensure that the Entry submitted does not infringe the rights of any third party including rights in any intellectual property and shall be original in form. Duplicate Entries and/or two or more identical Entries shall be disqualified from the contest.

12) Participation in the contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.

13) The Participant(s) shall ensure that the Entry is decent and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libelous or blasphemous to any person, religious sect or section of the society, defamatory of any person deceased or alive, etc.

14) At the end of the Contest Period, out of all the Entry/ies received within the Contest Period, Two (2) Participant(s) whose Entries are valid and compliant on the aforesaid parameters shall be eligible to win the contest.
