RGB National UTC Promotion:
The RGB National UTC Promotion Contest (“Promotion”), is sponsored by Coca-Cola India Private Limited (“CCIPL”) across India excluding the state of Tamil Nadu wherein individuals will have the opportunity to win talktime recharge of denomination as INR 20 (Indian Rupees Twenty only), INR 50 (Indian Rupees Fifty only), INR 100 (Indian Rupees Hundred only) and INR 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only)(each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”).

Interested individuals residing in India, except those residing in the state of Tamil Nadu, (“Promotion Territory”) may participate in the Promotion by purchasing any of 200 ml returnable glass bottle (“RGB”) packs and 300 ml RGB packs of Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Fanta, Sprite, Limca and 200ml and 250ml RGB packs of Maaza (“Promotion Products”) by submitting the 8 (eight) digit alphanumeric unique code printed under the crown of the Promotion Product (“Unique Code”) through SMS to the designated number prescribed herein

Promotion Period:
** This Promotion will commence on 8th April 2017 and will continue until 3rd June 2017, inclusive of both days (“Promotion Period”).
** The valid timings for receiving entries through the SMS route are between 10:00:00 HRS IST and 19:59:59 HRS IST each day of the Promotion Period (“Promotion Timings”). The last entry to be considered for the purpose of the Promotion will be at 19:59:59 HRS IST on 3rd June 2017.
** Any entries received outside the Promotion Timings, shall not be considered for the purpose of determining the Winners of the Prizes.
** Only entries received between the Promotion Timings during the Promotion Period shall be considered for the purpose of determining the Winners of the Prizes on that particular day of the Promotion, and no entry received shall not be carried over to a subsequent day.

Eligibility Criteria:
** Entry and participation in this Promotion is open to all persons currently residing in any Indian state/union territory/region with the exception of the state of Tamil Nadu, who satisfy each of the following criteria:
** Own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection that is accessible at all times;
** Bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal); and
** Has not won prize in same hour
** Please note that this Promotion is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu, and any application received from residents of the state shall be declared as null and void and shall not be taken into consideration for the purpose of determining the Winners of the Prizes.

How to enter the Promotion:
** Participants wishing to enter the Promotion may do so through the following route:
** Participants are required to SMS 8 (eight) digit alpha numeric Unique Code available under the crown of 200 ml RGB & 300 ml RGB of Coca-Cola, Thums-Up, Fanta, Sprite, Limca and 200ml RGB & 250ml RGB of Maaza in the format ‘unique code’ to (0) 9901299012 or any other number designated by CCIPL during the Promotion Period from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone connection.
** Hourly Winners will be selected every hour from 10:00:00 hours to 19:59:59 hours on first come first serve basis and will receive prize as per their operator and circle denomination availability.
** One97 will initiate recharge automatically to the winning numbers on their registered mobile phone number through which the winner(s) has participated in the Promotion.
** One97 will attempt to recharge the Winner’s mobile phone number with the requisite amount a maximum of 6 (six) times over a period spanning twenty four (24) to forty eight (48) hours. In case of permanent failure of recharge the slot for that particular Winner would be vacant and will be termed as “Vacant Slot”.
** Winning talk time value will be dependent on Winner’s telecom circle and operator for denomination availability. If winning denomination is not available for a Winner’s telecom circle than the closest lower available denomination value offered by the operator will be awarded to the Winner’s Registered Mobile Number
** Winning recharge talk time value will be subject to deduction of Service tax and such other applicable taxes and charges as per the operator’s plans.
** One97 will be responsible for ensuring compliance from Winner(s) with these Terms. In the instance a Winner(s) does not fulfil the requirements contained herein, he / she will be disqualified from the Promotion and his/her Prize will be forfeited.
