Registration :
First you have to select,
** Fresh Apply or
** Edit Details
If you want to edit details then you have to provide the Acknowledgement Number, PAN Number and edit your details.

Fresh Apply :
If you are a new User then enter the following details,
Personal details :
** Name of applicant
** Father's / Husband's name
** date of birth
** the nationality

** Correspondence Address
** Fixed address
** E mail ID.
** mobile number

** Home district
** Photo of applicant (.jpg)
** Applicant Signature (.JPG)
** Proof of address (.pdf)

Company related details :
Name of the person / firm / company, under which the terms are to be maintained
Company type :

** Does the applicant or any of its partners or share holder's name be listed in the black list, or is suspended or has been suspended in the past or is registered in the blacklist?
** Category which you want to index
** What is the power of attorney?

** PAN number
** Authenticated shadow copy of PAN card (.pdf)
** Commercial Registration No
** Commercial Contribution Certificate (.pdf)

Check Status :
To check application status you have to enter the,
** Acknowledgement Number
** PAN Number
