Frequently Asking Questions :
1. If I do not provide my aadhar number will I be rejected?
No, but you have to update your aadhar number to facilitate the recruiting organisation for your identification.

2. Will my Biometric data be stored on servers?

No, when you give your biometric impression at the test site, the image is not stored by joinindianarmy.nic.in. It is only forwarded to Unique Identification Authority of India site for authentication.

3. When can I update my aadhar number?
You can update at the time of registration or at any time when you receive it from Unique Identification Authority of India. However, you must try to update it before appearing for the SSB/other tests.

4. I had qualified in CDSE. When is my date of interview?
After the declaration of result by UPSC, the interviews are normally conducted after 45 to 60 days. you can see your SSB interview details on this website.

5. I am doing 10+2. How can I apply to be an Army Officer?
See the advertisement published by UPSC for NDA in Apr/Sep every year and for 10+2 TES Entry in leading news papers in Nov/Dec and May/June every year.
