Health Matters Contest:
1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the contest conducted by New Delhi Television Limited (“NDTV”) as a part of the NDTV-HDFC Health Matters campaign (“Contest”).
2. This contest will commence on 15.02.2017 and will end on 30.03.2017.
3. The contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
4. Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the Contest/Contest prizes and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Rules of Participation:
1. To participate in the Contest the participants need to log on to ndtv.com/healthmatters and register their details - name, age, city, phone number & email ID. They will also need submit their answer to the question given.
2. The winners will be declared after the end of the Contest.
3. 2000 winners will get a free health check -up voucher from Metropolis Healthcare Limited. The winner will have to adhere to the terms and conditions of Metropolis Healthcare Limited, while availing the health checkup facilities.
4. The voucher can be availed either at Metropolis Healthcare Centre or through Home Visit. Participants can log on to metropolisindia.com (Website) to locate the nearest Metropolis Healthcare Centre or to book a Home Visit. Home Visit appointments shall be made 1(one) day in advance.
5. Participants are required to mention the voucher no. while availing health check-up facilities at the Metropolis Healthcare Centre or during Home Visit.
6. The voucher is only valid for an ‘individual’ and it cannot be clubbed with any other existing voucher/offer/packages.
7. The voucher is only applicable for the “Healthy India” Health Package.
8. The voucher is not redeemable for cash.
9. The voucher shall be valid till 30th June, 2017.
10. The winner shall be selected at the sole discretion of NDTV.
11. By entering the contest, participants grant NDTV a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, publicity, exhibition, archival, and all other standard purposes. \
12. The winners will also be required to send (by post or email) copies of the following documents to NDTV (Identification documents) before being entitled to receive the signed merchandise: Identity Proof (Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/PAN Card/Voters ID Card etc.) Current Address Proof (same as for Identity Proof)/Copy of PAN
13. This list is indicative and NDTV may require any winner to produce any other document at its discretion in order to confirm his / her identity before the prize is disbursed. The mode and mechanism of the prize disbursal will be communicated to the winner by NDTV.
14. It is the responsibility of winners to ensure their contact details are current and up to date. NDTV accepts no responsibility for Contest Prizes lost due to change of address or contact details, and there are no replacement prizes.
15. NDTV reserves the right to cancel any part or the entire Contest. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle a participant to win a prize.
16. The Management of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Contest at its discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any consequential losses/damages.
17. Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by NDTV to conduct further or other schemes/contest.
