Announcement of Written Examination Date-Sunday 26th March 2017
Please enter Date of Birth, Mobile Number (Mandatory) and any one of Roll Number or Reference ID or Login ID fields to download Admit Card for written Examination.
The Written Examination of the candidates ,who have qualified in the Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test held on 16.01.2017 to 05.03.2017 will be held at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, Bhubaneswar on 26.03.2017 at 4,00PM to 4.35PM.
The reporting time of the candidates at the Written examination venue is 1.00PM for briefing of candidates before commencement of written examination.
All the Qualified candidates are requested to visit the website i.e. lokaseba-odisha.in regularly to download their e-Pass (Hall Ticket) to appear in the Written Examination at the respective venue as mentioned in e-pass.
In case of any difficulties in downloading of e-Pass for Written Examination, they may approach to Help Desk in the number 0674- 6580111, 0674-658022 and 0674-2302444.
The candidates are requested to bring the e-Pass, one passport size photograph (should be same as in the e-Pass for Physical Measurement/Physical Efficiency Test to be pasted in the OMR Sheet, one Black/Blue ball Point Pen, one Hard Card Clip Board to hold an A-4 size OMR Sheet.
The card Clip Board should not have any writing/scribbling on it. The gum for sticking of photograph in the OMR sheet will be provided by the State Selection Board. No electronic gadgets like Cell Phone, Blue tooth device, calculator etc. shall be allowed to the Examination Hall.
The qualifying marks for written examination for all the candidates belonging to Un-Reserved (UR), Socially and Economically Backward Classes (SEBC) is 10 out of total 25 marks and that of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) is B.
There will not be any minus or negative marking for any wrong answer. No candidates without e-Pass should be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall. Any candidates who failed to appear in the written examination on the scheduled date and time in the specified venue will be treated as absent and stands disqualified in the recruitment process.
Those candidates who do not receive any SMS for downloading the e-Pass for Written Examination or unable to download e-pass for some reason may approach to the State Selection Board, Near Reserve Police Lines, Buxibazar, Cuttack latest by 20.03.2017.
Those candidates who have qualified in the physical test should constantly check their email, SMS. They may contact on 0674-6580111, 0674-658022 and 0671-23022144 which are the helpline numbers for any kind of assistance.
