Applications from eligible candidates in prescribed format are invited under rolling advertisement system through Speed/Registered Post for following posts:

(A) For regular appointment on Statutory Posts – Registrar (01 UR) (On 3 years term basis), Finance Officer (01 UR) (On 3 years term basis). Controller of Exam(01 UR) (On 5 years term basis), Librarian (01 UR)

(B) For regular appointment on other Group A Posts – Sr. System Analyst/Programmer(01 UR), University Engineer (01UR), Accounts Officer (01UR), Curator (01 UR)

(C) For contractual appointments on Purely Temporary Basis: - Non-Teaching Posts:- Group B - Hindi Translator (01UR), Sub Engineer (01 OBC), Sr. Assistant (HRDC) (01UR), Sr. Technical Assistant (02 UR), Professional Assistant (Phy Edu) (01 UR), Assistant (Phy Edu) (01 UR). (D) For contractual appointments on Purely Temporary Basis with fix tenure of Six Months:- Internal Audit Officer (01 UR), Law Officer(01 UR), Estate Officer (01 UR), Horticulturist (01 UR), Security Officer (01 UR), Assistant Security Officer (03 UR), Security Supervisor (05 UR)

This is a rolling advertisement hence last dates of applications for different posts shall be declared and displayed, from time to time, on university website only.

Candidates are advised to visit University website and keep informed regarding updates. Duly filled-in applications in the prescribed format should reach the Registrar, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (CG) throughout the duration of the advertisement by registered/Speed post only.

Candidate must enclose non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 (Exempted for SC/ST/PH candidates) in the form of a Online Chalan available at University Website or Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of The Registrar, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (C.G.) payable at Bilaspur (C.G.).

List of enclosures :
(i) Demand Draft of Rs.500/- for open category drawn in favour of The Registrar, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur (CG), payable at Bilaspur.
(ii) True copy of S.S.C. or equivalent certificate in support of Age.
(iii) True copies of Degree/Diploma and other certificates of education.
(v) Attested/certified/true copy of Experience Certificate (wherever applicable).
