Holi Selfie Contest :
Mudra is the digital currency used on the Bidguru gamified eCommerce portal for placing bids in the auction. Gold Mudra is one such digital currency which has to be bought in normal course of business and it is used to place bids and can only be redeemed to buy the products under the auction and or from the eCommerce bouquet of Bidguru.

Gold Mudra should not be mistaken as any metallic coin in the physical form.

Value of Gold Mudra: 1 Gold Mudra = INR 1.00

How To Play:
** Like Bidguru Facebook Page
** Click a Selfie
** Upload it to your Facebook account
** Tag Bidguru page with hashtags #Bidguru and #HoliSelfie
** Tag your friends and family members in the selfie (not with hashtags)
** Get the offer – 1000 Gold Mudra & Bidguru branded Pendrive (4 GB) to top 20 winners each.

Prerequisite To Claiming The Rewards & Consolation Prize:
Contest rewards and consolation prizes can be claimed only by signing up on the Bidguru portal at bidguru.in and completing the profile details completely. Bidguru will contact the Winners and non-winners through email i.d. and mobile numbers given by the contestant. The Pendrive will be sent by courier on the address provided by the contestant and Gold Mudra will be credited into the wallet of contestant on Bidguru portal.

General Rules & Terms & Conditions Of Contest:
** Winner Announcement – Winners will be announced (and contacted) via registered Email i.d. and Phone Number. In addition we will also post on Bidguru Facebook page.
** The contest is free and there is no fee for participation.
** By participating in the contest, the contestant confirms that she or he is 18 years of age or more. Those who are below 18 years of age and willing to participate in the contest are advised to visit bidguru.in and read the T&C document governing the age criteria for registration on the Bidguru portal.
** A good selfie moment of Holi could be related to holika dahan, playing colors, having sweets, getting rid with colors etc. However, Bidguru doesn’t approve of consumption of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, banned substances, etc. and please do not post any selfie showing the consumption of such articles
** One participant can post multiple selfies but not more than three; the rewards and consolation prizes will be given to only unique participant (contestant) and not on the basis of individual selfie
** The contest rewards and consolation prizes can be claimed only by signing up on the Bidguru portal at bidguru.in and complete their profile details completely. Those who are already signed up are not required to take this action again, however if their profile is not complete, they must login and complete the profile first
** The contestants by participating in this contest express their willingness and thereby give consent to Bidguru to make use of their (contestant’s) name and Facebook user accounts for promotion and other activities, related to the contest, in various ways on social media & other media channels, including Facebook
** The business rules of Bidguru will have overriding effect and any executional supremacy over any rule of this contest. The same can’t be disputed by any contestant or any other person.
** Bidguru reserves the right to cancel the contest at point of time before, during the period of the contest or after the completion of the contest. It also reserves the rights to modify or amend all or any of the terms and conditions of this contest
** Decision of the Bidguru Management shall be binding on everyone.
** By posting your selfies it is understood that you read the contest rules and agree to it.
** Abusive, derogatory and or offensive selfies or content will be dealt with strictly and actions would be taken against those who post it. Such selfies and those who post it will be debarred from the contest and any multiple selfies posted from such participants will also be automatically debarred.
** Any content that is found to be in moral turpitude will be dealt with strictly and those who post it will be debarred from the contest and any multiple selfies posted from such participants will also be automatically debarred.
** Exclusions – All employees of Bidguru and their first family.
