Procedure To Participate In The Contest:
A registrant can register for the Contest in the following three ways

Registration through Missed Call:
The registrant can give a missed call to the contest hotline (8505-888-888) after which an SMS with the link of the microsite shall be sent to the registrant. The registrant can register or sign up on the microsite through his social media account or OnePlus account by entering the following details:

** Date of birth
** Address
** Email Address
** Gender
** Age

Direct Registration:
The registrant can sign up with his OnePlus account on the OnePlus website or register using his/her social media account to answer the registration question and be eligible for the Contest. The registrant can register on the microsite through his social media account by entering the following details:

** Address
** Email Address
** Gender
** Age

Registration through Dash-pass challenge:
A person can participate in the Best smartphone contest by buying the OnePlus 3T from official channels, including Amazon.in, OnePlusStore.in, and OnePlus Experience Store and by winning a dash-pass to the lucky draw for the Grand Finale. The rules and regulations for each of these channels shall be governed by respective channel partners.

Rules & Regulations:
** Each user can use only one OnePlus account, which will be linked to their social media account. In case of any duplication, only one account will be permitted to proceed in further rounds of the Contest
** The Contest shall be run for a period of six (6) weeks beginning from 9th March 2017 to 19th April 2017, wherein one (1) question/task shall be posed to the Registrants each week.
** The Contestant shall win 200 points for each task week. Rules for every task shall be updated on the website at the beginning of the task week.
** The Contestant needs to correctly answer six (6) questions/tasks across six (6) weeks to collect 1,200 points for this shortlisting process leading up to the Grand Finale.

General Terms & Conditions:
** By registering in any of the above manners and participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have agreed to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.
** The Contest is open to adult citizens of India, i.e. only those Indian citizens who are at least 18 years of age as of date of registration. The citizen should also be of sound health and mind.
** Persons must enter the Contest on their own behalf. Entry/(ies) by proxy will not be accepted, even on behalf of family members.
** An entry to this Contest is not transferrable.
** The Contestant(s) hereby represents that he/she is not under any exclusive contracts with any other third party/ agency or is not under any kind of disqualification under law to enter into an agreement with the Company or its affiliates, as the case may be.
** The Contestant(s) shall undertake, warrant and guarantee to the Company that the Contestant has the full legal capacity to participate in the Contest in accordance with these Rules & Regulations.
** If registrations are received for participation, it is assumed that the person sending in the entry has provided us with permission to send SMSs to or call him / her, whether or not such sender is registered on the National Do Not Call registry.
** The Contestant(s) acknowledges that his/her right to participate in the Contest shall constitute good and valid consideration, binding him/her by the terms of these Rules & Regulations.
** However, participation in the Contest shall in no way guarantee a right to a prize. All final award decisions shall be at the discretion of the Company.
