Management Trainee Recruitment :
IL offers career opportunity to young and bright professional Engineer as Management Trainee (Technical) for its manufacturing Unit at Palakkad, Kerala.

This Unit is known for its world class expertise in manufacture of Control Valves and is the first Control Valve Company in India awarded the ISO 9001 Certification in 1994.

QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Management Trainee (Technical) Master of Computer Application – 1 Post Master of Computer Application with 60% marks (Ist Class) from any recognized university with Minimum 2 years experience.

Candidates with Oracle 11g Database Administration, Forms, Reports Development, SQL/PLSQL, Weblogic Server Maintenance, Unix/AIX will be given preference. 10% relaxation in marks shall be given to SC/ST candidates.

(Candidates having M.Tech/ME or equivalent in the same discipline shall have an added advantage). The selection would be through written test and interview. For attending written test and interview, no TA/DA will be paid.

AGE LIMIT : 28 years as on 01.03.2017. 33 years for SCs/STs & 31 years for OBC (non-creamy layer).
RESERVATION: As per Govt. norms.
TRAINING : One year - After successful completion of training they may be absorbed in regular pay scale of Rs. 8600-250-14600 as Engineer.
REMUNERATION : Stipend @ Rs.12,000/- pm (all inclusive) during training period.
BOND : Service Bond to serve the Company for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training and bond money is Rs.2 lakhs.

The candidates who had applied earlier for the post of MT (MCA) against advt. No.01/2016 need not apply afresh.
