Through this feedback form we want to review your experience in getting any type of Driving Licence from any of the Transport Department Zonal Offices in Delhi. However, we would like to mention that DIMTS is not the licence issuing authority but is assisting the authority in streamlining few of its processes for fast and smooth issuance of Driving Licence.

Our services are limited to providing the Online Appointment System, Call Center facility, capturing the data and bio metrics and printing and dispatching the driving licence through Speed post. DIMTS does not conduct the driving test, verify the documents or collect the fees.
